Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused
No stains
No odors
No damage
No signs of wear or washing
Tags must be attached (if applicable)
Items that fail inspection may be denied.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following may not be returned:
Intimate apparel / lingerie (if worn or opened from sealed packaging)
Clearance items
